Migration Risk

Terms

These terms explain the intended use and limits of the Migration Risk Analyser free beta.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

What the analyser does

The analyser reads Search Console data from a property you select and applies transparent, heuristic signals to help you prioritise pages for a migration review. An example report is provided for illustration and uses sample property and brand data.

Use and limitations

The report is informational planning support. Its heuristics are non-predictive and are not a guarantee of traffic, ranking, indexing, conversion or any other migration outcome. You remain responsible for checking the underlying data, making backups, testing redirects and deciding what work to carry out before or after a migration.

Access and security

You must have permission to access the Search Console property you choose. The beta requests read-only Search Console access. You can revoke Google permissions from your Google account permissions page and can end the local connection using Disconnect Search Console.

Beta availability

The analyser and CSV download are free. The beta has no service level commitment. Features and availability may change while it is tested.

Report accounts

Running an analysis, reading the report and downloading its page CSV do not require a report account. Saving reports to the private library and downloading the HTML report require a separate account. Connecting Search Console does not create that account.

Free includes 3 total analysis runs and storage for one report at a time. Pro is £15 per month and includes 15 analysis runs per UTC calendar month, ten saved reports, white-label output and Google Slides exports. A run uses its allowance when analysis starts, including if it is later canceled or fails. Deleting a report or account does not restore run allowances. Paid access begins after the payment service confirms an active subscription; we may also grant complimentary testing access. If checkout is unavailable, no subscription is created.

If your library is full, delete a report before saving another. A report that exceeds the storage size limit cannot be saved; the analyser will tell you and keep its CSV download available. Saving never silently replaces an existing report. If your plan returns to Free, existing reports remain available, but you must reduce your library below the free limit before saving another.

Only save data and use branding you have permission to retain or reproduce. White-labelling a saved report creates a new copy that uses one storage slot. Google Slides export sends the selected saved report to your Google Drive; exported decks remain there until you delete them in Google Drive. You can delete saved reports and your report account from the library. Signing out or disconnecting Search Console does not delete saved reports.

Report files

Downloads are created on your device. Keep downloaded reports secure because anyone with access to the file may be able to read its contents. Do not share a report containing business data unless you have permission to do so.
